Third graders at Cowpens Elementary experienced the Chartwells Farmers Market Tuesday, September 26th.
Butternut squash, corn on the cob, sweet potatoes, apples, and collard greens were among that day’s assortment. Students used their market cash to "purchase" their selections. They also received recipe cards for ideas to turn their fruit and veggies into tasty dishes at home!
