This challenging endeavor called for the skilled use of Metal Lathes and Milling Machines. The inaugural fundraiser by the DMTC Educators Rising chapter raised over $200 for Lahaina wildfire relief. Intro to Teaching/EDU 201 students organized a bake sale, reading personal accounts of those affected beforehand. They baked and sold 16 dozen cupcakes and 6 dozen brownies to faculty and students, ensuring all proceeds go directly to the cause.
