The WaterShed Ecology Center offers educational outreach programs for students. Today, our second graders enjoyed learning about animals and their needs.
Our PES kindergarteners thoroughly enjoyed traveling "around the world" in their pajamas today! They visited other countries and learned a lot about how others celebrate the holidays in different ways. They had crumpets and tea, chips and salsa, taffy, made several crafts, and learned lots of interesting facts, while filling their passports with stamps!
Special thanks to those who helped make this an amazing event for our 5k students- Mrs. Garner/Mrs. Buice (England) and Mrs. Andrews/Mrs. Rogers (Norway)! Kindergarten teachers appreciate you!

Hello November! Mrs. Mathis and Mrs. Snapp’s 4K class had lots of fun on Halloween and began the new month enjoying the beautiful fall foliage.
The Veterans Day Program will take place at Pacolet Elementary School on Friday, November 8th at 9:00 am. If you are a Veteran who has signed up to be a part of the program, please be at the school by 8:30 am. We are looking forward to a wonderful celebration!
We have the BEST library team here at PES! They do everything they can to make the library a fun and exciting place! Last week it was monster week in the library where students read books and did activities involving monsters. This week its dinosaur week! Students will read books and do activities involving dinosaurs.

Friday October 25th, our school will be participating in Kids in Lidz. Students and staff are invited to pay $1.00 to wear a hat all day at school. All money raised will go to support children fighting cancer.
