Medicaid renewals have restarted for the first time since 2020. If a community member has changed their contact information between 2020 and now, including mailing address and phone number, they need to update that information immediately with the SC DHHS. If they have not updated their contact information, Medicaid cannot send them a renewal form, which could result in loss of coverage.
