Woodruff has moved their varsity football game to tomorrow night. Our volleyball teams will now play at Woodruff on Friday. Game times are 5:30 pm (JV) & 7:00 pm (Varsity).
Our tennis match at Woodruff scheduled for tomorrow has been canceled.
Due to the weather forecast at the end of the week, we have moved our two football games with Emerald.
JV – Will play at home on Wednesday, September 11 at 6:00 pm
Varsity – Will play at Emerald on Thursday, September 12 at 6:00 pm

Our football team is hosting the Centurion Classic on Saturday! We play St. Joe's at 11:00 am. Here is what you need to know before you go:
• Admission will be $10.00 and only South Carolina & North Carolina High School League passes will be accepted.
• Cash only at the gate
• Spectators will only be able to enter the stadium on the visitor’s side. After you turn on Cherry Hill Road, Broome High School will be on your left. Drive past the front of the school. The visitor’s parking lot will be the first entrance on the left after you pass the school.
• We have instituted a clear bag policy and everyone who enters the stadium will have to go through a metal detector. The gates open at 8:00am.

Broome Football take on Riverside Friday night in Landrum at Landrum Night of Football! Our Centurions play at 6 pm Friday.
Here is some information to know before you go:
• Admission will be $5.00
• SCHSL Passes will be accepted at the gate
• Cash only at the gate
• Spectators will only be able to enter the stadium on the home side. We will utilize the parking lot directly across from the stadium as well as the student parking lot.
• The visitor's side of the stadium will NOT be used during Landrum Night of Football
• We have instituted a Clear Bag policy as well as an Unaccompanied Minor policy. Please make sure that your school & community are aware of these policies. Our gates will open at 5:00 pm.
Spartanburg School District One has a Clear Bag Policy, which restricts the types of bags that can be brought into the event venues. Only one clear bag made of plastic, vinyl, or PVC that does not exceed 12 inches x 6 inches x 12 inches in size will be allowed per attendee. Prohibited bags include backpacks, purses, diaper bags, and any bag larger than the specified clear bag size. Additional clothing, blankets, etc. are permitted if carried loosely or in an approved clear bag.
Additionally, Spartanburg School District One has a No Unaccompanied Minors Rule in effect, which prohibits unaccompanied minors from attending high school athletic events. All attendees in the 8th grade or below must be accompanied by a responsible adult or parent. High school students with proper identification will continue to be granted access to the event. Parents or guardians of non-high school kids may not “drop off” their child at a high school athletic event or leave that child unattended.
The Broome High School Athletic Department will be honoring the 2004 State Championship Football team on Friday, September 6 when the Centurions host the Spartanburg Vikings.

Broome Softball will play at Powdersville tomorrow (May 3rd) at 6:00 pm in an elimination game. Admission is $8.00 and only High School League Passes will be accepted.
Our boys golf team will play in the Upper-State Championship on Monday, May 6th at Cherokee Valley. Start time is 10:00 am.
Our baseball team lost a tough game last night in 12 innings at Crescent. We will play at Woodruff tomorrow (May 2nd) at 6:30 in an elimination game. Admission is $8.00 and only High School League Passes will be accepted.
Girls Soccer will play at Walhalla on Tuesday at 6:00 pm in the first round of the playoffs.
The date for our Region golf tournament has been changed. It is now April 30th @ 10:00 am at Willow Creek Golf Course.
